Chili Transfers – 216 Colors DTF Color Chart
What is this color chart?
Our 216-color DTF chart is designed to help you choose colors more accurately when ordering DTF transfers from Chili Transfers.
Colors displayed on computer and phone screens may look different from the final printed transfers due to screen settings, brightness, and differences between RGB displays and CMYK printing.
This chart provides actual printed color references so you can see how each color looks when produced using our DTF printing process.
How to use the color chart
-
Check the printed chart: Find the color that most closely matches your desired result on the physical DTF color chart.
-
Identify the HEX code: Each color has a unique HEX code printed on it, such as #FF6600, #339933, or #003366.
-
Update your artwork: Open your design in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or another design program and enter the selected HEX code for the color you want to use.
-
Save your design: Export your artwork as a high-quality PNG with a transparent background (300 DPI recommended) or an accepted vector format.
-
Place your order: Upload your updated artwork to Chili Transfers. We'll print your design using our standard DTF printing settings.
Important information
-
Always use the physical printed chart as your reference, not a photo or digital image of the chart.
-
HEX codes are digital color references. The final printed result may vary slightly due to color conversion and printing conditions.
-
Fabric color, texture, and heat-press application can affect the final appearance.
-
For color-sensitive projects or large orders, we recommend printing and pressing a sample before full production.
-
This chart is intended for color matching with Chili Transfers' printing process. Results from other printers may differ.
Our goal: Help you select colors with more confidence, reduce unexpected color differences, and achieve more consistent results across your DTF orders.
