Tax Exemption

Chili Transfers is required to collect applicable taxes in certain regions.

If your company is located in one of these regions and is authorized under your local laws to receive services tax-exempt or through a special corporate agreement, you may apply for such status to book transfers on our website without tax or with corporate rates.

Before starting the process, please ensure you have a customer account on our website. If you are new to Chili Transfers and do not yet have an account, please complete the quick sign-up process first. An active account is required for us to apply tax-exempt or corporate privileges to your bookings.

To request exemption or corporate rates, simply follow the instructions for your region and submit your relevant documentation (e.g., tax exemption certificate, corporate ID, or other proof of eligibility). Once your documents are reviewed and approved, your account will be updated accordingly.
