At Chili Transfers, we take pride in delivering high-quality DTF transfers and excellent service. Every order is produced with care and attention to detail to ensure your satisfaction.
We stand behind our work and will gladly offer a refund or free replacement if there is an error or quality issue on our end.
If the problem was not caused by us, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Unlike traditional returns, there is no need to send your product back. If we made a mistake, you can keep the original transfers — we will reprint and send a corrected order at no cost to you.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If you believe there is an error with your order, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@chilitransfers.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, clear photos of the problem, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and determine if the error was on our end.
Once confirmed, we will reprint your order or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
Issues that qualify for a refund or replacement include printing defects, incorrect sizing, missing items, or shipping errors caused by us.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer-provided files (such as low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, or design errors) unless discussed beforehand.
Please ensure that your files are correctly prepared before placing your order to avoid delays or problems.
