Instant Peel DTF Film The Elite Choice for High-Speed Printing
In the competitive landscape of garment decoration, speed and quality are the two pillars of success. Our Premium Plus Instant Peel DTF Film is the pinnacle of transfer technology, designed for those who refuse to compromise. This 23.6-inch (60cm) wide roll is built for industrial roll-to-roll systems that run at high speeds. The "Premium Plus" designation signifies an upgraded coating that offers better ink stability and an even smoother release. Featuring our signature Instant Peel DTF Film technology, this product allows for immediate removal after heat pressing. This eliminates cooling times and dramatically increases your daily production capacity.
The final and most critical step of the printing process, the transfer, is perfected through the right balance of heat and pressure. The machines in our professional Heat Press collection ensure that your designs fully penetrate the fabric fibers, guaranteeing maximum wash durability and color vibrancy. From manual models to pneumatic systems suitable for high-volume production, our wide range is designed to take the print quality of any business to the next level.
Unprecedented Speed with Instant Peel Technology
The most significant bottleneck in a traditional DTF workflow is the waiting period. Standard films often require 30 to 60 seconds of cooling before the carrier sheet can be removed. Our Instant Peel DTF Film removes this obstacle entirely.
As soon as your heat press cycles off, you can peel the film away. The release is effortless and instantaneous. This allows your operators to move directly to the next garment without pause. In a high-volume environment, saving 30 seconds per shirt can add hours of productivity to your week. This efficiency directly impacts your bottom line, allowing you to fulfill large orders faster than ever before.
The most critical component determining how long-lasting and flexible your prints will be on fabric is the quality of the adhesive. Our DTF Powder collection, developed for both hobbyists and professional users, ensures high wash durability by sealing the ink directly into the fabric fibers. With various grain size options—including Fine, Medium, and Premium—our powders offer a soft-hand feel and crack-resistant elasticity for everything from intricate logos to large-scale back prints.
Premium Plus Nano-Coating for High-Definition Detail
What sets the "Premium Plus" line apart is the sophistication of its surface. This film features a specialized nano-coating designed to anchor ink droplets with extreme precision. Even at high-speed print settings, the ink stays exactly where it is placed.
This precision is critical for designs with fine lines, small text, or intricate photographic details. The coating prevents the white ink from bleeding into the CMYK colors, ensuring sharp edges and vibrant results. Furthermore, the high ink-load capacity allows for dense, opaque white layers. This is essential for achieving professional results on black or dark-colored fabrics. Your prints will look crisp, professional, and retail-ready every time.
Superior Anti-Static Treatment for Flawless Results
Static electricity is a major challenge in large-format DTF printing. It can cause adhesive powder to stick to unprinted areas, creating unwanted spots on the garment. Our Instant Peel DTF Film undergoes a rigorous double-sided anti-static treatment.
This ensures that the film remains neutral during the printing and powdering process. When the film passes through the automatic shaker, the excess powder falls away cleanly. This results in a "clean" transfer with no stray adhesive "halos" around your design. A cleaner process means less waste and higher customer satisfaction. You spend less time inspecting for defects and more time growing your business.
Industrial Roll Stability and Consistency
The 23.6" x 328' (60cm x 100m) format is the standard for professional production. This roll is precision-wound on a heavy-duty industrial core. This ensures that the film feeds straight through your printer without skewing or wrinkling.
The 328-foot length is ideal for long, unattended print runs. It minimizes the downtime associated with changing rolls. Whether you are running a single machine or a fleet of printers, the consistency of our Premium Plus line remains the same. Every foot of film is inspected to ensure the coating thickness is uniform. This consistency prevents "banding" or color shifts, ensuring your last print looks just as good as your first.
Exceptional Durability and Soft-Hand Feel
A premium transfer must feel as good as it looks. The bond created by our Instant Peel DTF Film is designed to be incredibly durable. The coating helps the adhesive powder integrate deeply into the fabric fibers.
The final result is a print that is highly resistant to cracking and peeling. It maintains its vibrancy even after 50+ industrial wash cycles. Despite this strength, the transfer remains thin and flexible. It offers a "soft-hand" feel that is comfortable for the wearer. This flexibility is perfect for modern performance wear and lightweight cotton T-shirts. Your customers will appreciate the quality that doesn't feel heavy or plastic-like.
